Guto FREIRE

HIS STORY

Guto Freire is a great Brazilian trainer and competitor, born in Rio Grande do Sul. With a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Guto has always dedicated his professional life to training Crioulo horses, having participated in more than 330 official competitions in the Freio de Ouro circuit. 

Guto has already won the competition’s maximum title 4 times, the “Golden Bit”, or Freio de Ouro, whose finals are held in Esteio, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to a “Silver Bit” (Freio de Prata) in 2016. Such achievements earned Guto the honor of Rider of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
